Hi, I'm Shilpa, a BACP-registered integrative counsellor offering one-to-one therapy for adults across Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas through safe, supportive, and confidential online sessions. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a personalised experience, one that helps you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and life challenges.
I understand that everyone's needs are different, and therapy doesn't have to follow a rigid schedule. Whether you prefer regular weekly sessions, meeting every now and then, monthly check-ins, or whatever frequency feels right for you, we can work together to find an approach that fits your life and circumstances.
Counselling is having a proper conversation with someone who's trained to listen, really listen, without judgement. It's not about getting advice or being told what to do. Instead, it's about having the space and time to explore what's really going on for you.
